The Kiwanis Lake Community Inc was formed for the purpose of “Promoting the interests and entertainment and protect the peace, comfort and welfare of its members and lot owners generally; to maintain and preserve the present natural beauty of the Kiwanis Lake Subdivision NO.1. & No.2. Protect the game, fish and birds and improve the premises in various ways as may be voted upon by its members; to acquire or dispose of any land buildings or equipment, and to do all things reasonably necessary or incidental there to”
